We’re temporarily changing some branch and phone operations.
In service of the health of our customers and employees, we’ve made some changes at our branches and service centers. We’ve reduced hours, expanded branch cleaning services, and increased the number of employees working remotely. For branches that do not have drive-up services or a divider in their teller area, we’ve temporarily consolidated operations into other nearby branches. If you’ve been trying to reach us by phone, you may have experienced higher than normal wait times due to an increase in call volume. We appreciate your patience while we assist each one of our customers.
Drive-up services are open.
You will be able to conduct your banking transactions through our drive-up lanes at some of our branches. Drive-up services are open from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Branches that currently open later or close earlier will maintain their current schedule.
You can bank from anywhere.
Remain connected to your accounts 24/7. We are continuing to expand the services available to you at home. You can check your balances and recent transactions online, via the mobile app, and with your Amazon Alexa or Google Home device.
