Sometimes I sit and think of all the negative things that have recently c
ome into my life, death, finances, family, no job, homelessness, directly and indirectly, how I’m affected in one way or the other. I try to stay connected spiritually, mentally, and emotionally but it’s seems that I can’t continue to hold on, than I wake and another day has passed.
Another day and another issue, Oh boy! I even think, “is this my purpose”? To learn to stay strong and to perservere through it all, so that I can be a teacher and an example to those that have come after me. Writing this story I realized there isn’t enough room in this article to list the adversities, the hurdles, the storms that I have been through and yet have made it through. That which you speak about you bring about. ( I feel empowered in the face of adversities)
There is a Power much greater than myself keeping me, Some may call it God, and that’s what I choose to call it. So what ever you may be going through as long as you wake up, Thank your Higher Power and repeat everyday you may have to put a little work in but as each day go by you seem to realize how there are less things going on.
My motto “This can not last forever” I get into a solution, Pray and Thank my Higher Power in advance. Yes I’ve made it another day and so can you. So please stay strong keep the faith and believe that there is a Power keeping you what ever you choose to call him/her. We can take much more than we believe.
