Respect is reflected in the manner of how you communicate with others. It’s the tone you use when you speak. It’s the facial expression you use when you look at another and or the body language you present when you walk, stand, or pass someone. Respect is making sure the response you give, is reflective of the admiration or appreciation you have for another. If you do not respect yourself, it’s not likely you’ll respect anyone else. Look inside, assess how you feel about you. If you don’t like what you see, change what you don’t like. You may then feel different about the person you see in the mirror. Create the person you want to be, then you may see others differently. Forgive yourself.  In doing so, you can then forgive everybody else.
